Our Principals

COMPASS Management Consulting was founded by Joe Pictor and Linda Pictor. It exists to provide business management support to organizations as they navigate change within their client, customer and business environment.

Overview:

Both Principals have diverse business and management experiences in company transformation, process improvement, leadership development and business performance measurement. They are solid performers and have delivered quality programs to diverse profit and non-profit organizations throughout their history of client services -- all on time and on budget.
